Termed "Sugar and Spice" for its alternating slow-fast motions, this is a style that emanates a distinctly modern expression. Don't worry, you'll still be learning all those shimmies, shakes, and body rolls that make classic belly dancing so enthralling. Over the course of this class, you'll also find yourself getting a great workout, although you'll be having so much fun you might not know it.
